Often it seems that we go from one "fearful" or stressful situation to the next. A relationship ends or a job disappears and we are thrown into turmoil and disruption. Then a solution appears, perhaps in the form of a new relationship or a new job.
But suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, the next life challenge appears once again pushing us into self doubt or edging us toward a new life in a new location.
Life has a way of challenging us, always changing, spinning us around and making us look at new things, new ideas or old things in new ways.
Still, fortunately, we often have choices or paths to take. We can choose to confront the problem or hide from it. We can look at the old problem in a new way, going deeper into ourselves to find a solution for our unease, relief from our self doubt, or a way to end self-destructive behaviors.
